Return Policy — 30 Days

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All tags must be attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact us at customersupport@twelve0.com with your order number.

2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Final sale items cannot be returned.
